啤酒商的創意互動中心,提供潛在合作夥伴以及大眾認識品牌的機會與創造合作機會。設計概念是利用垂直的空間元素去表現啤酒釀造桶的輪廓,利用金屬面飾的斜坡,環繞於三層挑高空間內,結合側邊的樓梯,打造強烈視覺印象與動線趣味性。
The creative interactive center for the brewery offers potential partners and the public an opportunity to get to know the brand and create collaboration opportunities. The design concept utilizes vertical spatial elements to represent the silhouette of beer brewing barrels. A sloped metal facade wraps around the three-story atrium, combined with side staircases, creating a strong visual impact and an engaging flow of movement.
空間二分為兩區,一樓是展示製造中心、展廳,CAFÉ,會議室及體驗實驗室,給對外大眾與合作夥伴的使用;二、三樓是辦公室,供員工及管理層辦公所用。中庭的挑空區,安全管控等級配合樓層可達性的設計,讓空間在視覺上不受限於管控點,呼應創意互動中心與大眾近距離的合作的理念。
The space is divided into two areas. The first floor includes the manufacturing center, exhibition hall, café, conference rooms, and experience labs, designed for use by the public and partners. The second and third floors are designated as offices for employees and management. The atrium's open area is designed with safety control levels that correspond to floor accessibility, allowing the space to visually transcend control points. This design reflects the concept of close collaboration between the creative interactive center and the public.

案場位於上紐約灣的河岸邊,材料色調選擇上使用深色木紋地板及藍色的地毯,結合呼應啤酒木桶及紐約灣的河口海港。挑空中心則使用灰色的水泥地坪,素雅的背景凸顯五顏六色人流穿梭於展示製造中心的熱鬧感。
The site is located along the riverside of Upper New York Bay. The material palette features dark wood grain flooring and blue carpets, echoing the beer barrels and the estuarine harbor of New York Bay. The open central area utilizes gray concrete flooring, providing a subtle backdrop that highlights the vibrant flow of colorful visitors bustling through the exhibition and manufacturing center.
建構3D模型前,利用研究模型 (按比例) 的製作來具體化 “有機空間” 形體概念的可行性與空間感,透過變動與更改模型元件來決定有機斜坡的走向與位置,如此可以決定如何將"啤酒桶的身影"具體化於分割空間配置,或著說與空間功能結合。
Before constructing the 3D model, the production of research models (to scale) is used to materialize the feasibility and spatial sense of the concept of "organic space." By modifying and changing the model components, the direction and position of the organic slope can be determined. This allows for the concretization of the "beer barrel silhouette" within the segmented spatial configuration, or in other words, its integration with the spatial functions.
